2026 Jean Morice Rosé

100% estate-grown Gamay. Crushed to press with no additions, wild fermented and aged in old oak for 5 months. 100% malolactic fermentation. Bottled unfined and unfiltered, with just a touch of sulfur. Dusky peach in colour with a bright highlight. Fragrant notes of pomegranate, rose water, pink grapefruit and chalky minerality are layered with pink salt, soft earthiness, a hint of incense smoke and a savoury, woody edge. The palate is dry and textural, yet generous in flavour, with bittersweet pink grapefruit, blood orange and pink apple leading to an intense, tightly focused finish.
