Variety Colombia, a modern Colombian variety developed for disease resistance, valued for its balanced sweetness, lively acidity and clean, expressive cup profile. Process Fully washed – the coffee is depulped, fermented and washed before being slowly dried on raised beds under shade nets. This careful process enhances clarity, elegance and the coffee’s natural fruit character.
