Three rolls is where it gets genuinely cheap. Why synthetic and not cotton? Most tape at this price is cotton. Cotton absorbs sweat and holds it against your skin, which is why it lifts at the edges by day two. Ours is rayon — it wicks moisture and dries, which is how it stays on for five to seven days. It is the same synthetic fabric the branded tapes use; theirs costs £13 to £25 a roll. What you get, and what you don't Ten strips, each on its own backing paper. There is no dispenser in this pack — that is what keeps it to £4.90 and lets it come through the letterbox. If you get on with the tape, a full roll gives you 20 strips and the card-sized dispenser that keeps them flat and square. How to use it Clean, dry skin. Peel the backing without touching the adhesive. Lay both ends down with no stretch at all, and the middle at 25–75% depending on what you want it to do. Rub the whole strip firmly for 20 seconds — the adhesive is heat-activated. Give it 30 minutes before you shower or train. Full instructions on our how to apply page.
