Mad Millie 4 L Vegetarian Rennet (Tablet Strip x 10) Rennet tablets can be used in all cheese. Each rennet tablet will clot between 25 - 50 litres milk. This is a vegetarian rennet product. Best before is 24 months from date of manufacture but activity will remain very high well past this date. Store in a cool dry place out of direct sunlight. Do not freeze.
