Chrystabell & David Lynch - Cellophane Memories - Yellow Color Vinyl Record

Chrystabell and David Lynch's Cellophane Memories on Sublime Eternal Yellow vinyl from Sacred Bones Records. First released in 2024, it is the pair's third full-length together, following This Train and Somewhere In The Nowhere, and one of the last records Lynch made before his passing in January 2025.The album began with a vision Lynch had during a nighttime walk through a forest of tall trees, where a bright light seemed to reveal a secret to him. That mystery runs through every song. Chrystabell's ethereal vocals float over strings inspired by the feeling of forest solitude, dreamy guitar glissandi and deep clouds of reverb, with contributions from the late composer Angelo Badalamenti, Lynch's longtime collaborator on Twin Peaks. The result captures that unmistakable Lynchian blend of loneliness and romance, from the hushed "She Knew" to the lead single "Sublime Eternal Love".A beautiful pressing for fans of dream pop, ambient music and Lynch's sound worlds. Let this one play late at night.Side A 1. She Knew 2. The Sky Falls 3. You Know The Rest 4. So Much Love 5. Two Lovers KissSide B 1. The Answers To The Questions 2. With Small Animals 3.
