Kinetic Chain Dysfunction: From Assessment to Better Movement” — the CPD workshop with Claire Worman and Paul Roberts
Deepen your understanding. Build your confidence. Inspire better movement. At Ella & Fleur, we believe great teaching starts with understanding the person in front of you. Join Claire Worman and Paul Roberts for a practical workshop designed to help you recognise why a movement becomes challenging and feel more confident about what to do next. Meet your tutors Claire Worman Claire brings a background in osteopathy, Pilates teaching and instructor education, combining an understanding of the body with experience supporting movement and rehabilitation. As a co-founder of Pilates Training Solutions, she has helped train teachers and develop their understanding of clinical Pilates. Her experience connects anatomy with practical approaches to teaching and movement. Paul Roberts | Founder, Tribal Health & Performance Paul began one-to-one coaching in 2000 and founded Tribal Health & Performance in 2012. For more than 25 years, he has helped people build the strength, health and confidence to do more of what matters to them. His approach starts with understanding the person behind the goal. He combines movement coaching, strength and endurance training, and physiological assessment with practical support for everyday life. Grounded in empathy, curiosity and clear coaching, Paul’s health-first approach helps people understand their bodies and take ownership of their health and performance. Explore the body as a connected whole When a client struggles with an exercise, the most useful starting point isn’t always obvious. Through guided practice and worked examples, you’ll explore how joints work together and how restrictions or compensations can influence movement. You’ll learn to: Screen key movement patterns and recognise where difficulties arise. Use the joint-by-joint model to investigate mobility and movement control. Prioritise a clear starting point for intervention. Apply Tribal’s Restore → Own → Develop framework to build mobility, control and strength. Retest movements to understand the impact of your approach. Recognise when pain calls for referral to an appropriate professional. Throughout the day, you’ll bring these skills together through a clear process: screen → investigate → prioritise → intervene → retest. Designed for Pilates teachers, yoga teachers, coaches and movement practitioners, this workshop offers an opportunity to ask questions, share ideas and develop your skills within Ella & Fleur’s welcoming studio community. This is a mat-based practical workshop, so no reformer experience or grip socks are required. Please wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely. Leave feeling inspired, with a clearer eye for movement and practical tools to help your clients move with greater confidence, understanding and ownership. Nov 09, 2026 Mon 11:30AM - 4:30PM Book now
