WARGAMING'S MOST CONVENIENT DECALS! This box includes 36 shield decals for Legio X Fretensis, an ancient legion still serving in the Late Roman army. Pre-cut for ease of use and ready to apply directly to our plastic shields. Raised by the young Octavian in 41 BC and named for the Straits of Messina, the Tenth fought at Actium, stormed Masada, and garrisoned Jerusalem for two centuries. The Notitia Dignitatum still lists it at Aila on the Red Sea after more than four hundred years in the field. Designed by Steve Beckett
