Alpha Designs BEAST Figure 8 Lifting Straps (Eddie Hall)

Alpha Designs BEAST Figure 8 Lifting Straps are the heavy-duty straps made with strongman legend Eddie Hall. The figure 8 design loops around the bar and both wrists, locking the weight in place so your grip is never the limiting factor on your heaviest pulls. ✔ Figure 8 design: the bar cannot slip out of your hands ✔ Lift heavier and do more reps on pulling exercises ✔ Strong, durable stitching built for maximal loads ✔ Sold as a pair Best for Heavy deadlifts, rack pulls and RDLs Shrugs and farmer's walks Strongman training and heavy back work Figure 8 vs standard straps: figure 8 straps give the most secure hold but you cannot drop the bar quickly, so they are best for deadlift-style lifts. For rows, pull-ups and lifts where you may need to bail out, choose our BEAST Lifting Straps. How to use Put one hand through each loop, wrap the free end around the bar, then pass it back over your hand so the bar is locked in the figure 8. Practise with light weights first.
