Each preset measures your artwork - stroke weight, canvas size - so it works on a 1000 px sketch and a 7200 px print file, and on a big logo and small type in the same layer.Any colour, any background. The ink takes the colour of your layer - red type bleeds red, blue bleeds blue - and sits on top of whatever is underneath, so it works on a coloured background as well as on white.Nothing of yours is touched. You get a layer group above your artwork, every part of the effect on its own opacity slider.
