Toray RO Membrane TSW-400LE (Màng RO Nước Biển Toray)
A reverse osmosis membrane is also used for processing desalted and/or Ultra Pure Water (UPW) for various industrial and other uses, such as making up water from power plants, manufacturing of electronic chips, food industry, pharmaceutical, medical, and others. An Vi Group is a proud supplier of high quality membranes from top-rated reverse osmosis membrane manufacturing brands such as Dupont/Dow Filmtec, Nitto Denko Hydranautics, Toray, Veolia (Suez), LG Chem H2O, Aquaporin… These membranes come in sizes ranging from 4″, and 8″ for brackish water and seawater applications. An Vi Group introduces to customers RO membrane Toray TSW-400LE designed and manufactured by Toray. This type of Reverse osmosis plant managers and operators dealing with controlled-pre-treatment waters and seeking advanced membrane treatment with good water purity. 1. Key Features RO Toray TSW-400LE: Toray’s reverse osmosis membrane technology applies decades of R&D and precision automated manufacturing under ISO 9001 for consistency in product quality. State-of-the-art cross-linked fully aromatic polyamide composite membranes produce high-quality permeate and robust membrane chemistry for improved performance and longer membrane life. 2. Key Applications Toray RO Elements: Seawater desalination High salinity feed water Industrial wastewater High recovery RO systems 3. General Information about operating for Toray RO elements: Consult the latest Toray technical bulletin, design guidelines, computer design program, or contact an application specialist to determine the recommended design range. Not following the operating limits stated in this bulletin strictly will void and nullify the Limited Warranty. Technicians wet test all RO elements using a 1 percent sodium bisulfite storage solution. After testing, they vacuum pack the elements in oxygen barrier bags. Alternatively, they treat the elements with a tested feed water solution and vacuum seal them in oxygen barrier bags with deoxidant inside. Flush RO elements for 30 to 60 minutes every two days. Use sufficient quality flushing water, such as pre-treated feed water, to prevent biological growth during system shutdowns. Refer to the Toray RO Handling Manual for the recommended flushing water quality. Remove free chlorine and other oxidizing agents, including heavy metals that act as oxidation catalysts, from feed water before operating the RO system. Failure to do so may cause unexpected oxidation of the membrane. Discard permeate produced during the first hour of operation. Take full responsibility for the effects of chemicals that are incompatible with the RO elements. Check with Toray or An Vi Group for detailed information about the maximum operating pressure, as it varies depending on the feed water temperature.
