NON2 CARAMELISED PEAR & KOMBU [SEASONAL RELEASE]

With a bold body, buttery texture and a lingering finish of spice, NON2 delivers a multi-layered flavour profile to savour. NON2 has a rich caramel depth from slowly roasted ripe pears enhanced by adding kombu and olive brine for salinity and minerality Tannins are provided by a spice and black tea blend and agave and vanilla are melted in to provide balance. Pairs well with sharp cheeses & desserts as well as roasted meats/mushrooms.
