Deal, on the Kent coast, has a proud and particular place in British military history. For generations it served as a training ground for Royal Marines, a place where discipline, grit, and attention to craft were instilled from the ground up. Dark Deal takes its name from that legacy. This is a sessionable bitter brewed to 4%, steady, dependable, and full of character. Dark amber in the glass with a fine off-white head, it opens with a gentle caramel malt sweetness before a clean, earthy bitterness comes through on the finish. Balanced and honest.
