These waves of touch guide the body into a deep meditative state where tension, emotion, and stagnant energy can dissolve. As the body surrenders into stillness, energy begins to move freely once again — supporting emotional release, stress reduction, improved circulation, detoxification, and heart opening. Naomi’s Style of Session Naomi’s Kahuna Bodywork weaves together traditional Hawaiian technique with her own shamanic, energetic, and ceremonial touch. Each session is intuitively guided and may include: 🪶 Smoke cleansing with Sage, Palo Santo, or Rosemary to clear and open the space 🪶 Optional ceremonial cacao or Blue Lily medicine to ground and open the heart 🪶 Crystal healing and Reiki to balance and harmonize the energy field 🪶 Shamanic drumming and sound healing to deepen the release and integration Every session begins with an opening ritual and intention-setting, creating a sacred container where healing can unfold in safety and reverence. This shamanic Kahuna style may feel different to other traditional Kahuna experiences — it is a channeled, multidimensional approach that honours both ancient Hawaiian wisdom and Earth-based energetic healing. About Your Facilitator Naomi Brooks @roots.of.the.earth.healing Naomi is a Shamanic Practitioner, Reiki Master, and certified Kahuna Bodyworker (Level 4, Mette’s Institute, Australia). Through her offerings at Roots of the Earth Healing and Crystal Arcana Temple, she merges ancient ritual with embodied energy work — guiding others through transformation, remembrance, and reconnection with the Earth. Her bodywork sessions are sacred, nurturing, and intuitively channelled — inviting you to surrender into presence and receive the deep medicine your body and spirit are calling for. Session Details Duration: Sessions are 1.5-2hrs on the table plus roughly 15min consult beforehand & 15min integration afterwards. Total time to allow is 2-2.5hrs in the temple. Location: Crystal Arcana Temple, Newtown NSW Clientele: Currently open to female clients only Oil Blend: A nourishing mix of coconut, apricot kernel, jojoba, shea, and hemp oils — with Blue Lily oil for the face and hair. Clothing: Kahuna is generally received without clothing, with a modesty cloth draped across the lower body. A chest covering can be provided upon request — comfort and safety are always prioritised. Before & After Care Before your session: Arrive showered and free of deodorant or perfumes. Avoid eating heavy meals for a few hours beforehand. Bring an open heart and intention for what you wish to release or call in. After your session: Allow spaciousness in your day — avoid work or driving long distances. Visit the nearby park or beach if possible to help integrate the energy. Drink plenty of water and rest as emotions or insights continue to unfold. Integration may last hours or days.
