In-Person Session

A sacred 90 minutes, held just for you. In the calm of Sheri's Gold Coast sanctuary, step out of the noise of everyday life and into a space devoted entirely to your healing. Every session is shaped around you. We begin by setting a clear intention together, then move through a personalised blend of kinesiology, energy and sound healing, crystals, essential oils and shamanic tools — gently releasing what no longer serves you and restoring balance to body, mind and spirit. Not local, or prefer to be at home? The Distance Session brings the same experience to you anywhere in the world. Sheri is certified in kinesiology, crystal healing, chakra work and shamanic healing, and holds a safe, welcoming space where you feel understood, respected and supported.
