Take 1, Action Dress

A knee-length dress in bamboo taffeta, cut from white silk above and a hand-painted clapperboard skirt below, with a black-and-white striped sash tied at the waist. The words HOLLYWOOD, PRODUCTION, DIRECTOR, CAMERA, DATE, and SCENE are painted by hand on the black silk, each dress lettered individually at the Hanoi atelier.
