QTY Per Can: 20 pouches. How to use Nicotine Pouches? Simply slip a FUMi pouch between your upper lip and gum for a zingy kick that lasts around half an hour. Once you've squeezed every bit of flavour out of it, toss the spent pouch into the handy disposal compartment. Easy, mess-free enjoyment! Place the pouch between your gum and upper lip. Left or right side is all personal preference! For maximum satisfaction, we recommend leaving the pouch in place for up to 30 minutes. When finished, dispose of the pouch responsibly, or store it in the handy used-pouch compartment in the lid of the FUMi pack for later disposal.
