70s Panne Velvet Mini Dress Paisley & Sparkle Carole Little VFG

This 70s minidress is cozy comfortable, and a bit wild with colors and fabric choices. A-line design, with lots of swing to the skirt below the hips. The scoop neckline and long sleeve cuffs are edged with rib knit, done in gold lurex with black. It was the 70s. SIZE: The label is so faded, I'm not sure, but I think it says size 8.
