Antique Circa 1934 Faux Bois Black English Transferware Coffee / Water Pot Silver Shield Wood Grain Antler Shaped Details

This unusual, rare hot water or coffee pot was made around 1934 by Arthur Wood and features a stunning faux bois (French for false wood) black transfer with pewter ribbing, silver painted highlights and beautifully bone/antler shapes into the handle, spout and finial on the lid which are entirely hand painted. The detail is magnificent. Perfect for a hunt themed table or decor. Fully marked on bottom. Condition: No chips or cracks, Normal age wear to some of the silver trim.
