Horezu Bowl

The Horezu Bowl is a low-profile bowl with an unglazed base that clearly indicates a hand-crafted dish. Using a locally sourced red clay and centuries-old craftsmanship, the Horezu town of Romania is prized for its colorful pottery so much that it is on the list as an UNESCO Intangible Cultural Heritage destination. "Green Feather" interior features deep green and brown-hued circular rings that burst forth like a bloom. The colorful and motion-filled design is atop an ivory glaze. "Blue Feather" design features a mix of geometric and organic shapes to create an entrancing pattern atop an ivory-hued base layer.
