Unmarked 11.5" Offset Carver Forged Carbon Steel & Stag American or British Blade 1920s-50s?

Unmarked, sturdy 11.5" offset carving knife blade forged from carbon steel and recently set with an old stock vintage stag handle. The blade has been refurbished and thinned here at Bernal Cutlery and the handle set as well. This knife looks to be either British or American from approximately the 1920s to 50s, but it is a little difficult to say. It is drop forged rather than hand forged so if British on the later end most likely, again, a guess. This knife has a solid, hefty feel, while not a cleaver it is not afraid of getting near bones and will make quick work of large roasts.
