Festive Showstopper by Calum Franklin - 175th Anniversary Edition

For our Festive Showstopper, we're celebrating a whopping 175 years of Dickinson & Morris and Ye Olde Pork Pie Shoppe. In 1851, our original pie-oneer Mary Dickinson hand-raised the first pastry case here with a wooden dolly. And now, almost two centuries later, the artisanal techniques perfected at the Shoppe are still alive and in practice today. Feast on layers of hot water crust pastry, deep filled with winter-spiced outdoor-bred British pork, smoked ham, bacon, maple and diced apple - finished with pork stock and apple jelly. A triumph!
