Hawksbill Mango Spiced Rum A tropical Caribbean spiced rum combining Guyanese and Trinidadian rums with real mango fruit and warming spices. The rum is infused with mango peel that would otherwise have gone to waste. The nose opens with fresh mango, citrus and ripe tropical fruit. Juicy mango leads the palate, supported by vanilla, caramel and gentle spice. Nutmeg, cinnamon and cardamom add warmth without overwhelming the fruit. A touch of ginger and pepper develops towards the finish. The result is sweet, fruity and warming, with a distinctly tropical character. At 37.5% ABV, it works well neat, over ice or in cocktails.
