Description This naturally processed coffee comes from Ndiaini Factory in Nyeri County, one of Kenya’s most celebrated high elevation growing regions. Ripe cherries from 315 smallholder producers were sealed in food grade bags for 24 to 72 hours before being slowly dried on raised beds for approximately one month. This carefully controlled process enhances sweetness and fruit character while preserving a clean and recognizable Nyeri profile. Roasted medium light for filter brewing, the cup offers strawberry and apricot, lively orange acidity, milk chocolate and gentle baking spice, finishing juicy, rounded and sweet.
