Embroidery Tracy’s relationship with needle and thread began at an early age, embroidering flour-sack dishtowels for her mother. Over the years sewing, crewel work, needlepoint, cross stitch, and quilting followed. In retirement, she returned to embroidery to rekindle the joy of those early years and found a new creative impulse - exploring color, developing original designs, and testing the medium in contemporary formats.
