A freezer friendly six pack of our Beetroot, Feta and Walnut Gluten Free Savoury Muffins. Soft, savoury and a little earthy sweet, these muffins are made with roasted beetroot, feta, walnuts and parsley for an easy gluten free breakfast, lunchbox option, work snack or freezer stash. They are low FODMAP and made without garlic or onion. Fresh savoury muffins are available for pre-order for Friday pick up from 11am, or Saturday pick up. Orders for pick up on other days will be supplied frozen for freshness, ready to stash at home and reheat when you need them. Pre-orders are highly recommended as our savoury muffins are baked in limited quantities. Made in our 100% gluten free kitchen. Contains dairy, egg and walnuts.
