DiT Celler - Selenita Blanco 2025

(Montsant, Spain) 100% Garnacha Blanca. A fresh and fruit driven wine, with white peach and citrus on the palate, a hint of honey and florals and a rounded, slightly creamy texture. Very charming and easy drinking. Fermented and aged in stainless steel, which gives it a very pure expression. Dani, the winemaker behind DiT Celler, is also known for his work at Azul Y Garanza, but he first fell in love with vines in Monstant. DiT Celler now produces the first certified organic wines of the region, with their main vineyard surrounded by forests, protected by the Llaberia mountain range and cooled down by the late-afternoon marine air that gives their wines particular vibrancy and freshness.
