Reimagined Plastics - Boxed-In

Concentric circles in orange, cobalt, lime, and black crowd a blush-colored field, overlapping and bumping into each other with no regard for personal space. A black stitched border keeps them in line, mostly. Fragments of printed lettering from the recycled plastic peek through the rings. Made by Karen Randolph from layers of ironed recycled plastic, stitched down to handmade paper and mounted on whitewashed planks. One of a kind, signed lower right. Finished size: 12" x 14.5".
