Idea Sekikawa Defrosting Plate

The plate is made from anodized aluminum and designed to shorten defrosting time without using a microwave. The lower tray can also be used for cooling: fill it with ice water and place a bento box or other food on top to help keep it cold. → For faster thawing of meat, fish and other foods. → Openings allow liquid to drain into the lower tray. → Can also be used as a cooling plate with ice water in the tray. → Made in Japan. → Anodized aluminum body. Not suitable for use as a cutting board, in a microwave or directly over an open flame. Not dishwasher safe. Clean with mild detergent and a soft sponge; metal brushes and rough sponges may scratch the surface.
