The DNA V3 e-bike is the entry point into the Fatboy range, built for riders who want the Fatboy feeling in a lighter, simpler and more manageable package. Its compact rigid frame suits shorter and younger riders without losing the bold style the brand’s known for. At the heart of it is FBX, a unified power architecture developed with Bafang that links the battery, motor and controller into one intelligent system, paired with a 48V 15Ah Samsung battery and a 500W motor delivering 95Nm of torque for confident, efficient takeoff and steady cruising around Sydney. The rigid frame and single-speed Shimano setup keep things uncomplicated and low-maintenance, with no gears to fuss over and a ratio tuned to work seamlessly with the motor. Responsive handling and rubber puncture-resistant tyres make it easy to control and reliable across daily trips, bike paths and weekend rides. It’s also built to do more, with a 180kg load capacity, a two-seater design, rear passenger foot pegs and a rear cargo rack for carrying gear. Custom 4-piston hydraulic disc brakes running metal sintered pads with cooling fins and heavy-duty 203mm discs deliver strong, consistent stopping power, while the bright colour LCD display and super bright headlight with daytime running add to the everyday usability. Available in Brushed Alloy, Gloss Black, Jungle Green, Desert Sand, White Noise, Midnight Blue, Sage Green, Nardo Grey and Blush Pink, the DNA V3 is a light, simple and confidence-inspiring option for riders who want a smooth, stylish and easy way to get around. All Fatboy Bikes models have a maximum continuous rated power of 250 watts at 20 km/h, or 500 watts at 25 km/h with a maximum load of 180 kg to align with EPAC legislation. The throttle is strictly intended for use on private property and must be isolated when riding in public. It can be disabled, but it is not limited to 6 km/h as required by EPAC standards.
