Vasili's BUG OFF Citrus Guard White Spray (CGWS) is a refined kaolin powder mixed with water to create a white protective film on plants. Available in 200 g and 600 g sizes, it helps deter pest activity and reflects sunlight to reduce heat stress. Plant protection with a kaolin barrier Forms a physical coating on leaves, stems and fruit. Helps make treated surfaces less attractive for pests to land, feed or lay eggs. Supports citrus protection against gall wasp and leaf miner activity. Reflects excess sunlight to help keep the canopy cooler. Suitable plants The manufacturer lists citrus, apples, pears, stone fruit, passionfruit, vegetables and ornamental plants. Mixing and application First application: mix 50 g per litre of water. Follow-up applications: mix 25 g per litre of water. Mix thoroughly and spray all plant surfaces to runoff. Flush the sprayer with clean water after use. The manufacturer recommends applying every 6–8 weeks from late winter to early autumn, with more frequent applications during periods consistently above 20°C. Follow the directions on your pack. Choosing a pack size 200 g: sufficient for 4 litres of water at the first-application rate, or 8 litres at the follow-up rate. 600 g: sufficient for 12 litres of water at the first-application rate, or 24 litres at the follow-up rate.
