It replaces the factory fuel supply path with a dedicated lift pump, filtration, water separation, and air/vapor removal to provide a cleaner, more consistent fuel supply to the injection system. Fuel Delivery & Filtration A 2-micron absolute Microglass particulate filter and an Extreme Water Separator help remove fine debris and water before fuel reaches critical injection components. The fuel-air separation design removes entrained air and vapor, while Mass Flow Return routes unused fuel through the filtration circuit and back to the tank for continuous fuel conditioning. Performance & Protection Clean, de-aerated fuel helps reduce fuel-related stress on the injection pump and injectors. The flow capacity supports the stated horsepower range while helping maintain a steady supply of filtered fuel. Actual performance, fuel economy, and drivability results depend on vehicle condition, tuning, and supporting modifications. Quiet, Serviceable Design Whisper Technology and Performance Radius Cuts use smooth internal flow passages and closely controlled pump components to reduce restriction and aftermarket pump noise. Filters have an expected 30,000-mile service interval. Registered systems are supported by a limited lifetime warranty.
