Cerro San Luis | Costa Rica | Limited Release
This coffee comes from two adjacent farms owned by siblings Alexander and Magali Delgado, along with their partners. The family owns the two farms as well as a small micromill called Cerro San Luis, in the West Valley of Costa Rica. In the interest of taking their coffee to the next level, they replaced a lot of the older coffee trees on the farm four years ago, with a lot of well known specialty coffee varieties local to Costa Rica. The mill is located on the property nearby where the family lives. Here they experiment with a number of different processing styles, including the yellow honey process we’ve selected to feature for this limited release. This coffee will make an absolutely delicious milk coffee - with lots of body and sweetness to pair perfectly with milk.
