The TraumaSim Clinical Skin Tear Range is a collection of medically accurate, high-fidelity silicone wounds designed to support realistic skin tear assessment and management training. Manufactured from durable, life-like silicone, the range allows educators to recreate skin tear presentations commonly encountered in healthcare and aged care settings. Each wound features tapered edges that blend smoothly onto a manikin or live role player, creating a realistic appearance for practical simulation. The range includes examples across recognised skin tear categories, giving learners the opportunity to assess severity, tissue involvement and appropriate management considerations in a controlled and repeatable environment. Developed in consultation with wound-care professionals, the Clinical Skin Tear Range supports training in skin tear identification, classification, cleaning, dressing and wound-care decision-making. The self-adhesive design enables quick setup, while the washable and reusable silicone construction supports repeated use across multiple training cohorts. The range is suitable for nursing, healthcare, aged care and clinical education programs. Please note: All silicone wounds are hand painted, so minor variation in appearance may occur. A range of skin tones is available. Commonly requested tones are held in stock, while others are manufactured to order. Manikin not included.
