Step 1: Herbal Oil Pulling 1. Pour about 1/2 to 1 teaspoon of the oil into the dosing cup provided prior to brushing with the Herbal Oral Cleanse. 2. Swish the oil around your mouth for 5 to 15 minutes. 3. After swishing, discard the oil in a trashcan or napkin. Discarding the oil in the sink or toilet could clog your drain overtime if the oil cools back to a solid state. 4. Brush with the Herbal Oral Cleanse Step 2: Herbal Oral Cleanse As a toothpaste, add about 2 pea-sized amounts to the toothbrush and brush thoroughly for at least 60 seconds. Be sure to brush your tongue, gums, and cheeks. If the begins to melt, place in the refrigerator for 5-10 minutes to solidify. Warm climates will cause the coconut oil to melt. This will not change the quality of the product. Always store the cleanse in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. Follow-up with normal oral hygiene, using your tongue scraper, and floss. Step 3: Detoxifying Oral Rinse (use 3 to 4 times a week) Add 1 teaspoon of the Hydrogen Peroxide to the dosing cup provided - add about 1 to 2 pea-sized amounts of the baking soda to the wooden spoon provided and fully dissolve into the Hydrogen Peroxide - add 1 full dropper amount of the Coconut Oil Herbal Infusion. Note: baking soda has a strong taste. Please do not use more than the recommended amount unless you are comfortable with the taste. Gently swish oral rinse for 5 to 10 minutes. Use enclosed dosing cup for each use. Follow-up with brushing using a toothbrush and warm water to brush away debris, and to polish and whiten teeth. Be sure to brush teeth, cheeks, tongue, and gums. Rinse mouth thoroughly with warm water. Rinse cup with hot water and wipe clean after each use. Wash cup with soap as needed. Step 4: Minty-Cool Mouthwash Shake well. Add desired amount to the dosing cup provided - swish for 60 seconds and discard. Rinsing is not required. Shelf Life: 3 months Do not allow water to enter the oral cleanse. Because this product does not contain water as an ingredient, no preservative is needed. Introducing any water content will cause bacteria growth. Do not store or use the oral cleanse inside the shower to avoid water and steam from entering the container.
