The Strider SnG CC takes the familiar SnG platform in a different direction with fully contoured titanium construction and a hand-ground MagnaCut compound blade finished in PVD DLC Tiger Stripe. Its 3.5-inch spearpoint is ground from 0.165-inch blade stock, giving it a robust foundation beneath the intricate hand-ground geometry. The Tiger Stripe pattern adds visual depth and contrast, emphasizing the craftsmanship of the blade without overwhelming its distinctive profile. The handle is constructed from 6AL4V titanium, with both sides contoured and finished in black DLC. The CC profile removes the pronounced block-like edges associated with traditional SnG construction, creating a rounded shape that sits comfortably in hand. Measuring approximately 0.49 inches thick, the handle retains the familiar SnG proportions while presenting a smoother exterior. Black stainless hardware continues the dark finish throughout, including Strider’s newer T40 pivot. Deployment is handled through the elongated thumb hole, with the blade operating on washers. The titanium pocket clip is positioned for right-hand, tip-up carry. The exposed stainless stop pin provides a small visual contrast against the dark blade and handle. At 8.125 inches overall and 4.67 inches closed, this SnG weighs 5.01 ounces. The 2.65-inch cutting edge, contoured titanium frame, and hand-ground MagnaCut blade bring together the working characteristics of the SnG platform with one of Strider’s more visually distinctive blade finishes.
