Manaka Hamono is a 5th generation blacksmith in Kasukabe, located in Saitama prefecture. He began making knives about 10 years ago and developed a forge-welding technique so everything in house is hand laminated. This series is forged from ZDP-189 laminated in stainless steel. Comes fitted with a octagonal ebony and horn ferrule.
