The thermometer continuously monitors temperature and records the minimum and maximum temperatures, allowing you to see how temperatures have changed over time. An audible and visual alarm helps alert you when temperatures reach an unwanted level. The stainless steel probe connects to a 9.84 ft detachable cable, allowing you to monitor temperatures inside an enclosed space without having to open the door.
