This kit replaces your stock ETM RTR brakes with a Surron Ultra Bee master cylinder and caliper, shipped pre-bled and ready to bolt on. It fits the RTR Lite, Sport, Alpha, and XL, and runs your stock 203mm rotor. Bolt-on. No bleeding. No fabrication. What's in the box? 1 Ultra Bee master cylinder, pre-bled with a steel-braided brake line to 1 Ultra Bee caliper (FactoryZ Custom or OEM Surron), filled with Motul DOT 5.1 brake fluid 1 single caliper bracket All mounting hardware Specs: Surron Ultra Bee hand brake master cylinder - the same lever and reservoir the Ultra Bee runs, on your bar. FactoryZ Custom (green) or OEM Surron Ultra Bee caliper - same metal, seals, and pistons. The OEM adds genuine Surron branding and a slightly larger body. Steel-braided brake line - holds its shape under pressure, so the lever stays firm. Single caliper bracket, CNC-machined from 6061-T6 aluminum, black or silver - stiff, light, and holds the caliper square to the rotor. Pre-bled with Motul DOT 5.1 brake fluid - high boiling point, ready to ride out of the box. Runs the stock 203mm rotor - no rotor swap. All four share one frame, so the kit bolts to the same factory mounts on each. Do I need any other parts? No. Master cylinder, line, caliper, bracket, and hardware are all in the box. It reuses your stock 203mm rotor. Does it ship pre-bled? Yes. The system ships filled with Motul DOT 5.1 and bled. Mount it, route the line, and ride. You do not open the hydraulics to install it. FactoryZ Custom or OEM Surron caliper: what is the difference? Both use the same metal, seals, and pistons, and they perform the same. The FactoryZ Custom caliper is green and is the lower-cost option. The OEM Surron caliper carries genuine Surron branding and a slightly larger body. Can I add a foot brake? Not on the RTR today. The RTR bracket is single caliper only, so this kit runs one caliper on your hand lever. What brake pads does it take? Standard Surron Ultra Bee caliper pads.
