Transform your Triumph Bobber with the WRC Complete DIY Wide Wheel Kit — a fully engineered Triumph Bobber wide wheel conversion designed to give the bike a substantially wider, more aggressive and purposeful stance. We've brought together everything required to create a complete wide-wheel Bobber in one package. From our CNC-machined billet aluminium wide triple clamps and integrated Kellermann indicators to the Excel Takasago wide wheels, Dunlop Mutant tyres and custom wide-wheel mudguards, this kit provides the complete foundation for a serious Triumph Bobber wide-wheel build. The system has been developed specifically around the Triumph Bobber, rather than adapting generic components to fit. Every major component has been designed to work together as one cohesive conversion. IMPORTANT — LEAD TIME: Please allow approximately 6–8 weeks for your kit to be completed and shipped, starting from receipt of your original wheel hubs and steering stem. WRC Wide Wheel Package The wheel package has been developed around a wide 180 front and rear tyre setup, giving the Triumph Bobber its distinctive wide-wheel stance. A Complete Triumph Bobber Wide Wheel Conversion The WRC Wide Wheel Kit has been developed to provide the key components required to create a complete wide-wheel Triumph Bobber without the need to source individual parts from multiple suppliers. The result is a wider, more aggressive stance while retaining a considered, engineered approach to the conversion. The kit also gives you the freedom to customise the finished motorcycle with your own choice of paintwork, finishes and additional WRC components. Customisation Options The standard kit is supplied with Excel Takasago wheels in gloss black, Dunlop Mutant tyres and our standard Satin Black Cerakote triple clamp finish. Complete DIY Package — Delivered to Your Door The WRC Wide Wheel Kit has been developed as a DIY shippable package, meaning there's no need to bring your motorcycle to WRC. Your completed wheel and triple clamp package is built here in the UK and shipped directly to you, ready for installation. This gives competent home builders and motorcycle workshops the opportunity to carry out their own Triumph Bobber wide wheel conversion without having to source and develop the individual components themselves. The kit is intended for customers who have the appropriate mechanical knowledge, tools and equipment to safely carry out the installation. Pre-Installation Requirements The WRC lower triple clamp is supplied without a steering stem. Your original steering stem must be transferred into the new lower clamp. We can carry out this process for you, or it can be completed by a suitably equipped and experienced motorcycle workshop. We will also require your original front and rear wheel hubs to build the new Excel Takasago wheels around. Your original steering stem and both original wheel hubs must therefore be sent to us before your kit can be completed. The steering stem transfer is a specialist press-fit operation and should not be attempted without the appropriate equipment. Installation This is a DIY conversion kit intended for competent mechanics. Installation should only be undertaken by someone with the appropriate mechanical knowledge, tools and equipment. White Rose Customs accepts no liability for component failure, damage, injury or consequential loss resulting from incorrect, improper or negligent installation, modification, maintenance or use of the kit. Any modification to WRC components or installation outside their intended application is undertaken entirely at the customer's own risk. Complete the Build The WRC Wide Wheel Kit pairs perfectly with our WRC Tail Tidy Kit to complete the rear of the motorcycle, although the Tail Tidy is not required for the wide-wheel conversion and is available separately.
