Marine kits, 24V heaters and heater-only units are available separately. They use the same basic diesel air-heating principle and compatible controller family. The Air 4D has twice the maximum heat output, nearly twice the maximum airflow, a larger heater body and higher maximum fuel and electrical consumption. Should I automatically choose the 4 kW model? Not necessarily. Correct sizing depends on the heated volume, insulation, expected outside temperature and duct design. An oversized heater may spend more time operating at low output, while an undersized heater may struggle in colder conditions. Can these kits be used for marine installations? These variants are configured as RV kits. Choose a dedicated marine kit where marine-grade mounting and exhaust components are required.
