Ceriello 73oz Vodka Sauce

Slightly chunky tomatoes mixed with fresh onions, heavy cream, butter, garlic, and vodka make this pink sauce one of our most popular. Now packed in plastic for better yield and storage — a smaller size that means less waste. From the bottle, each 73oz container yields about 17 half-cup servings. For food service use, we recommend adding 1 part pasta water or cream to every 4-5 parts of sauce for a better yield. Sealed containers are shelf-stable for 2 years; once opened, refrigerate and use within about a week.
