Discovered in Oregon close to RAW's cidery, this rare fruit comes from the very orchard where it was first propagated. Fermented with native yeast using the traditional French method, this single-varietal cider balances residual sweetness with crisp acidity and subtle tannins—much like biting into a perfectly ripe raspberry.
