Entry Qualifications Full Marathon: Age 19 or older (born by April 1, 2008). Participants must be capable of completing the course in 8 hours or less. Lake Ikeda Fun Run: High school age or older (born on or before April 1, 2011); must be able to complete the course within 120 minutes *After finishing at Lake Ikeda, participants will walk approximately 1.5 km to Apron House Ikeda for the shuttle bus back to the venue. Terms & Conditions All rates are quoted in Thai Baht (THB) and are per person. This plan booking period is valid until 28 October 2026 or until the quota is reached, whichever comes first. Rates apply equally to adults and children (aged 3 years and above) and are based on a per person per stay basis, sharing one room. Accommodation and Ibusuki Nanohana Marathon entry tickets are subject to availability at the time of booking and shall be confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis. Full payment is required upon confirmation of booking and is strictly NON-REFUNDABLE. Once confirmed, bookings shall not be cancelled, amended, exchanged, or transferred under any circumstances. No refund, credit, or compensation shall be provided for any unused, partially used, or missed services, including but not limited to no-show, late arrival, early departure, or failure to participate in the marathon, regardless of the reason. In the event of a no-show on the arrival date, the full amount shall be charged. Marathon entry tickets shall not be changed, cancelled, transferred, or refunded once confirmed. In the event of any change, postponement, or cancellation of the marathon or related events due to weather conditions, safety concerns, force majeure, or any circumstances beyond the Company's control, no refund or compensation shall be provided. The Company shall not be liable for any failure or inability to travel or participate due to personal reasons, including but not limited to flight delays or cancellations, illness, visa issues or any other personal circumstances.
