About the Event: BBQ TAKEOVER — OKKA For this chef pop-up, we’re taking things outdoors and firing up the BBQ. Chefs Yagmur & Panos have planned a menu to be cooked over open fire and perfect for the sunny weather in the garden and sharing with friends. Having first crossed paths in the kitchens at Manteca, Yagmur & Panos have since built Okka together, drawing on their Greek-Cypriot roots to create vibrant, ingredient-led dishes full of bold flavour and generosity.
