The result is one of the deepest single concaves in the Surf Prescriptions lineup, paired with aggressive rocker from nose to tail. The outline is slightly more pulled-in than your average performance shape, but the foil and foam distribution keep you paddling well and getting up to speed quickly. Where the XYZ really comes alive is through turns: the harder you push, the more speed it gives back.
