The Marshmalloist- Raspberry and Champagne Mallows

6 of our signature marshmallows crafted frompassionfruit to create an intense fruit purée. we then spice things up with a touch of fiery organic ginger and hand finish with a shard of fresh crystallised ginger. this is the marshmallowist's favourite flavour- it’s so bright and zesty but with a satisfying tang. it’s also not too sweet. we like to think of it as complex- but not in a bad way. this flavour tastes best served alongside a glass of champagne. well, obviously, but if no one is giving you champagne at least you'll have delicious marshmallows.
