Unlock the DCIEM algorithm for commercial diving on your existing compatible Shearwater dive computer. The Shearwater DCIEM diving algorithm is based on the Kidd/Stubbs serial decompression model developed by the Defence and Civil Institute of Environmental Medicine (DCIEM). The DCIEM model has been tested by the Defence and Civil Institute of Environmental Medicine with thousands of Doppler evaluated dives assessing bubble formation. DCIEM is available on the Peregrine, Peregrine TX, Perdix 2, Perdix AI, Nerd 2 and Petrel 3 in single gas Air and Nitrox modes only.
