Solid Tray Design A flat, solid PTFE tray with a shallow 13mm edge. Unlike a mesh liner, there's no airflow underneath, so this tray suits food that needs a full solid surface rather than raised ridges or open weave: flatbreads, batters, delicate items, or anything you don't want marked by a mesh pattern.
