Screen Printing Frame Exchange Program

Give your used aluminum screen frames a second life with the Blue Ridge Screen Products Screen Exchange Program. BRSP's Frame Exchange Program allows you to trade in your aluminum frame for an in-stock, recycled aluminum screen of the same size with newly stretched mesh. Select the screen sizes and mesh counts you need, then ship your old aluminum frames to us. Once your frames arrive and pass inspection, we will exchange them for recycled aluminum frames of the same size with brand-new, professionally stretched mesh. Accepted exchanges ship the same business day they are received. How It Works 1. Prepare and Send Your Old Frames Remove the existing mesh completely before shipping your frames. Frames must also be free of wet ink and excessive ink residue. 2. We Inspect Your Frames Once your shipment arrives, our team will inspect each frame to confirm it meets the exchange requirements. 3. Your Replacement Screens Ship After your frames are accepted, we will ship newly stretched screens made with recycled aluminum frames of the same size and the mesh counts selected with your order. Important Information: Send clean frames: A $10 cleanup fee per frame will be applied if cleaning is required (i.e., ink or tape residue on the frame) Shipping costs: You are responsible for shipping costs both ways. This program is not part of the BRSP's free shipping offer.
