Unwind with a 30 minute immersive sound bath to quiet your nervous system, then step to the easel to translate that inner clarity into a finished, seasonal masterpiece. What's a sound bath? A sound bath is a meditative, experience with various instruments, and sounds. Benefits include and are not limited to relaxing the nervous system, soothing anxiety, improving immunity, and emotional resilience, leaving you with a safe, harmonious, peaceful feeling. No experience needed, just bring your open heart and open mind. All materials included! * It's a good idea to wear clothes you don't mind getting paint on, or bringing something to cover your clothes as backup. SUMMER SPA CREATIONS: Dive into a vibrant underwater world using rich pallet of teals, purples, blues, and greens. In this session, you'll paint a stunning sea turtle scene swimming through the relaxation you now have from a soothing sound bath, and meditative experience. We explore layering, blending, and other techniques, so you capture the peaceful motion of the ocean and your ability to be the vibe. You get to go home with a couple masterpieces ready to display!
